I am the founder of the YC Alumni group is compromised of 3,000 alumni founders, with over $200B in valuations and 25+ unicorns. As founder of the alumni group, and host of the Off-The-Record Series, I host events were we invite the most successful founders and influential VCs in the world to join us as special guests.
Top American Latinx Tech Leaders
I am the founder of the Top American Latinx Tech Leaders (TLTL), one of the most influential private groups in Silicon Valley. Members are leaders with impressive track records who have sold their companies for billions of dollars and/or taken them public, invested billions in technology startups and created thousands of American jobs.
Our mission is to have 40 American LatinX founders running billion-dollar tech companies by 2040. With more than 10 American LatinX founders already achieving this, we are already on our way.

If Latin owned businesses were to scale at the same rate as white-owned businesses, an estimated $1.47 trillion dollars could be added to the economy, benefitting not just Latinos, but all Americans.

25 US Latino leaders, including me and several fellow Top American Latinx Tech Leaders, were convened by the Aspen Institute Latinos & Society to explore how to scale Latino-owned businesses and created "A Playbook for Scaling Latino Owned Business."

Political Support
Establishing strong relationships with political leaders in DC over the next 20 years is important to me, and this benefits all of us. For this reason, I often organize intimate political fundraisers for friends running for US Congress/Senate/White House.
